Position Title: Partnership Channel Manager / Sales Program Officer
Job Summary:
The role is responsible for driving Sales Enablement initiatives by developing and executing strategic programs, go-to-market tools, and rewards/incentive framework that enhance sales effectiveness, engagement, productivity and overall performance. It leads the implementation of sales boosters, tactical campaigns, and other initiatives that support business growth and revenue objectives.
The position also supports Partnership Acquisition and Booth Acquisition activities while identifying, developing, and establishing new sales channels to expand market reach and drive customer acquisition
Serving as a key link between Sales, Marketing, and other business units, the Sales Program Officer identifies opportunities, aligns cross-functional efforts, and ensures the successful rollout of programs that enhance sales productivity and customer acquisition.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor sales enablement programs designed to increase productivity, engagement, and sales performance.
- Create and manage national campaigns, booster programs, tactical sales initiatives, and other sales-driving activities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Unit Heads, including Branch Sales, Direct Sales, and Tele Sales teams, to identify business opportunities and address sales challenges.
- Partner with Marketing and other key departments to develop integrated sales support strategies and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive communication plans and materials that effectively promote sales campaigns, booster programs, tactical initiatives, and national promotions.
- Lead cascade activities for newly launched sales programs, campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
- Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships that generate sales opportunities and strengthen market presence.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales programs and campaigns.
- Plan, organize, and oversee sales events, roadshows, branch activations, partner engagements, and promotional activities that support customer acquisition and business growth.
