Position Title: People & Market Insights Officer

 

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

 

As our People & Market Insights Officer, you're not just collecting data – you're crafting the future. You'll be instrumental in supporting our leadership by:

  • Transforming Business Challenges: Expertly translating complex business questions into clear, actionable research objectives.
  • Driving Actionable Outcomes: Ensuring that every research initiative delivers tangible, impactful results that support our strategic goals.
  • Orchestrating Research Initiatives: Managing a diverse portfolio of research projects, from inception to delivery, occasionally leading smaller-scale projects that drive significant value.

Qualifications:

  • Academic Excellence: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a closely related quantitative field.
  • Industry Acumen: Proven experience gained directly from a Market Research agency, giving you an insider's perspective on best practices.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Demonstrated exposure to the client side of research, understanding their needs and how to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Analytical Prowess: A strong background in market research and data analysis, with a track record of deriving deep, actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Tool Proficiency: Expert-level command of essential analytical tools and software, including Excel, SurveyMonkey, Google Analytics, PowerBI, Tableau, and more.
  • Communication Champion: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A natural team player who excels in a collaborative environment, contributing to collective success.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized: Possessing a meticulous attention to detail and superior organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all your work.
