Head, Digital Sales and Retail Segment Communications

 

Job Summary:

The position is responsible to strengthen Metrobank CBS’ value proposition across different consumer segments through Integrated Marketing Communication strategies. The jobholder is expected to lead the development and execution of marketing content to support various campaigns, programs and branding initiatives. He/she is tasked to ensure strong brand presence through all forms of traditional, digital and social media creative executions.

The position is also responsible to develop and execute corporate communication and customer education strategies through public relations and other media engagements. He/she will also play a vital role in helping transform the CBS organization to espouse a culture of excellence and customer obsession by spearheading culture building initiatives. 

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree from a college/university preferably a graduate of marketing or communications, advertising, business course
  • Experience in the following would be an advantage: Banking / financial services, Fintech, Telco, Retail, Advertising (media/creatives/others) agencies, media relations
  • Strong familiarity with advertising agencies, communication networks / digital  publishers
  • Experience in Marketing communications / brand marketing (with an emphasis on channel marketing / digital sales and conversion / communications portfolio management)
  • Extensive experience in conceptualizing, developing and managing got-to-market strategies and campaigns
  • At least 10 years of extensive experience in conceptualizing, developing and managing got-to-market strategies and campaigns for   banking, credit card/financial institutions, FMCGs, telcos or advertising companies.
  • At least 5 years of solid experience in managing a team
