Portfolio Manager - Credit Card

Position Title: Portfolio Manager

Job Summary:

• Drive credit portfolio growth to achieve the Bank’s profitability targets, guided by specific guardrails to mitigate credit risk.
• Responsible for the 1) creation of line management frameworks that will assign the optimal credit limits at acquisition and portfolio; 2) development and implementation of line utilization programs; and, 3) proactive monitoring of business and risk KPIs such as billings, utilization rate, authorizations approval rate, NPAT, ANR and delinquency rates, in relation to the line management activities.

Qualifications :

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree from a college/university and preferably a graduate of a business course.
• Has at least 5 years solid experience in Marketing and/or Credit Risk and/or Credit BIU, in an officer/managerial level
• Has broad understanding of the different areas of the credit card business and the capacity to relate unit’s operations and performance metrics to the overall business of the company.
• Possess strong inter-personal skills
• Has strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
