Product Manager (Consumer Banking)

Job Summary: 

  • Develops and implements marketing programs and strategic alliances with key merchants to drive business growth, meet business targets and protect the product portfolio against competitors’ innovations and campaigns. 
  • Is  responsible for developing and optimizing the product value proposition to grow the assigned market segment. 
  • Ensures that performance monitoring and profitability measures are in place.

 

Qualifications : 

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree from a college/university and preferably a graduate of a business course. 
  • At least 3 years’ experience in financial services or related marketing fields (i.e. credit card, banking, FMCG, telecommunications industries). 
  • At least 3 years solid experience in product management including developing and launching products and marketing programs. 
  • Has strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
  • Has the ability to work with cross functional teams 
  • Adept at preparing communication, research, and creative briefs
  • Has experience in creating MIS reports for marketing programs.
