Position Title: Product Manager

Job Summary: 

• Develops and implements marketing programs and strategic alliances with key merchants to drive business growth, meet business targets and protect the product portfolio against competitors’ innovations and campaigns. 
• Is  responsible for developing and optimizing the product value proposition to grow the assigned market segment. 
• Ensures that performance monitoring and profitability measures are in place.

Qualifications : 

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree from a college/university and preferably a graduate of a business course. 
• At least 3 years product management experience, including developing and launching products and marketing programs.
  • Experience in handling any of the following products is a plus:
    • transaction banking: cash management, trade finance, or supply chain
    • consumer loans
    • commercial loans
    • corporate loans 
• Has the ability to work with cross functional teams
