Position Title: Innovations Manager


Job Summary:  

  • Oversee the end-to-end product development process from ideation to launch of new lending products, product enhancements, and process improvements with close collaboration with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
  • Design of new products, research on customer and market insights, assessment of product marketability and competitiveness, and conduct product trainings and cascades
  • Plan and roll-out more efficient system interfaces, procedures, and processes to enable a more seamless customer experience and address customer pain points
  • Continuously monitor the product performance after launch and craft programs and strategies to increase uptake and drive usage
  • Ensure product compliance to internal and external policies and regulations e.g. BSP circulars, AMLC policies
  • Assist the business unit in attaining the financial goals and operational KPI’s.


Role Exposure:

  • Exposure in brand / product management specific to credit card and personal loan businesses
  • Develop your people skills through advocating timely and effective resolution of product-related customer concerns with the end of further improving the overall customer experience
  • Improve your strategic thinking through planning the content and execution of product materials that will deepen customer understanding of the value proposition of the products




  • Has a working knowledge and understanding on resource allocation, program management and budget management to meet pre-defined objectives
  • With at least 3 years in brand and product marketing (experience from banking, fintech or telco is an advantage)
  • Business oriented, assertive and innovative (must be able to drive digital transformation)
