Product Manager - Personal Loans

JOB SUMMARY : 

 

The Personal Loans Product Manager is responsible for the end-to-end product development and management of the Personal Loans product of the Consumer Business Sector. This includes overseeing the process of ideation to launch of new products/programs, product enhancements, and process improvements in close collaboration with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.

 

  • Design of new products, research on customer and market insights, assessment of product marketability and competitiveness, and conduct product trainings and cascades.

  • Plan and roll-out more efficient system interfaces, procedures, and processes to enable a more seamless customer experience and address customer pain points.

  • Continuously monitor the product performance after launch and craft programs and strategies to increase uptake and drive usage.

  • Advocate timely and effective resolution of product-related customer concerns with the end of further improving the overall customer experience.

  • Has a working knowledge and understanding on resource allocation, program management and budget management to meet pre-defined objectives.

  • Ensure product compliance to internal and external policies and regulations e.g. BSP circulars, AMLC policies.

  • Work with the various business units and cross-functional groups in implementing the group’s strategies and initiatives.

  • Support the business unit in attaining the financial goals and operational KPI’s.

 

QUALIFICATIONS : 

 

  • Preferably with background on business, finance, or marketing

  • With experience in product development and management

  • Familiarity with banking/financial/loan-related products is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Can work with minimal supervision

  • Team player and must able to multitask to meet deadlines

  • With innovative mindset

  • Strong critical thinking skills

  • Bachelors Degree holder in Marketing or other relevant courses
