Position Title: Quality Assurance Associate

 

 

Job Summary:

 

  • Support the QAD Head, QA Officers, and MIS Team with administrative tasks such as: 

-Preparing and consolidating project status updates

-Scheduling calendar invites

-Coordinating meetings and documenting minutes

-Liaising with various units of the bank to align project requirements and resources

 

  • Monitor progress and timelines of QA-related initiatives and assist in documentation efforts

-Ensure QA transactions are conducted in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies

-Rigorously track end-to-end delivery performance and unit efficiency

 

  • Assist with:

-Quality assurance monitoring and process controls

-Business analytics and reporting

-Training and development support

-Process improvement projects and initiatives 

 

 

 

Role Opportunities: 

 

Process and Operations

  • Supports the QAD Head in day-to-day business management of the unit, including:

-Managing relationship between the Business Unit service recipients, other support functions, and BOSG.

-Negotiating and finalizing service level agreements and other administrative arrangements.

-Generating management reports to monitor overall service quality.

-Identifying and executing efficiency improvement

-Assessing new activities and expansion in scope of activities

-Planning and rolling out of new activity

  • Participates in projects where centralization and simplification is required.
  • Respond to client queries and identify new opportunities for QAD
  • Keep all key stakeholders and providers informed of the status of projects through timely communication and reporting

 

Risk and control

  • Provides appropriate risk reporting to Management.
  • Implements operational risk, control methodologies and tools.
  • Establish visibility of the internal control status.
  • Provides input to improve existing procedures and processes within QAD’s operational framework.

 

People

  • Develop own’s leadership, functional and technical skills.
  • Provide support where and when needed.

 

Others

  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
