Position Title: Quality Assurance Officer
Job Summary:
Leads the development and enhancement of data reporting, automation, and process optimization initiatives within the Centralized Processing Division (CPD). Oversees analytics requirements and ensures continuous improvement of systems, tools, and workflows to maximize operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications (Must Have):
· Proficient in VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) for automating tasks and streamlining workflows
· Strong working knowledge of SQL for querying, managing, and analyzing data
· Demonstrated ability to lead or support the end-to-end lifecycle of process automation and improvement projects, including:
· Process documentation
· System design and development
· Execution and implementation
· Post-implementation evaluation and optimization

Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Reports & Analytics Automation:
· Designs and develops automated reporting tools and dashboards to generate actionable insights for strategic and operational use.
· Ensures data integrity and reliability across systems and databases to support consistent and accurate reporting.
· Reviews and endorses regular and ad-hoc MIS reports to support performance tracking, compliance, and process efficiency.
Process Improvement & Optimization
· Conducts comprehensive reviews of current business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation.
· Recommends and drives improvements in tools, workflows, and systems integration to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention.
· Collaborates with relevant units to ensure effective implementation and adoption of enhanced processes and tools.
Project Management & Implementation
· Leads or supports the end-to-end lifecycle of process automation and improvement projects—from documentation and system design to execution and post-implementation evaluation.
· Manages project documentation, including implementation guidelines ensuring compliance with bank standards.
· Participates in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new applications and regulatory reporting tools.
Risk & Compliance Oversight
· Identifies and mitigates operational risks through the implementation of corrective and preventive controls.
· Ensures all process improvement and reporting activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Team Leadership & Development
· Provides leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to team members to enhance capabilities in data analytics, reporting, and process improvement.
· Sets measurable goals, monitors team performance, and ensures accountability and alignment with organizational priorities.
Other Duties
· Performs other related tasks and special assignments as required to support the continuous improvement and digital transformation of CPD operations.
