Position Title: Quality Assurance Officer
Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance Officer plays a vital role in upholding and enhancing the integrity and consistency of operational standards within the Centralized Processing Division. This position is responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance strategies, evaluating key processes, and driving continuous improvement across departments in CPD. Through a combination of thorough auditing, data analysis, and employee development, the QA Officer ensures that internal practices align with established policies and performance goals.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance
- Conduct regular quality reviews to ensure compliance with policies and procedures (P&P).
- Maintain accurate documentation of QA audits, inspections, and review findings.
- Lead calibration sessions and facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure consistency in quality assessment.
Process Control
- Identify critical business processes and define essential quality characteristics.
- Establish and maintain clear quality standards for each operational touchpoint.
- Determine control checkpoints and implement monitoring tools and methodologies to assess performance.
Process Improvement
- Analyze process inefficiencies and recommend scalable improvements such as automation or innovation projects.
- Lead change management initiatives to support operational enhancement.
- Manage end-to-end execution of process improvement projects.
Business Analytics
- Prepare and deliver insightful weekly/monthly QA reports to key stakeholders.
- Analyze performance data, identify trends, and present actionable recommendations.
- Develop and utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of QA measures.
Training & Development
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
- Design and conduct training sessions, workshops, webinars, and refresher programs to enhance employee knowledge and capability.
- Build tailored development programs to strengthen organizational effectiveness and align with strategic goals.
