Position Title: Quality Assurance Officer (MIS Function)
Job Summary:
- The key responsibility is to oversee and manage CPD Reporting Analytics requirements.
- Conducts review/evaluations of existing processes and formulate strategies to optimize procedures.
- Enhances the existing tools, applications, and systems that support each process
Specific Duties & Role Opportunities:
- Designs and builds reporting solutions and tools for business insights.
- Prepares regular and ad-hoc reports for internal and external uses of various units in relation but not limited to processes, transactions and overall performance and activity of CPD.
- Assists DPD in managing automation projects from documentation to execution and post-implementation
- Manages project documentation by reviewing them and monitoring their compliance to policies as well as endorsing the release of appropriate advisories, implementing guidelines / IOL’s of the approved process or system change.
- Provides corrective and preventive measures to mitigate risk.
- Ensures compliance with appropriate regulatory requirements and bank policies
- Provides continuous mentoring, learning and development opportunities to team members.
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
Main Qualifications:
Forecasting & Decision Analytics
- Demonstrates strong forecasting capabilities using statistics-based models and methodologies.
- Analyzes trends to generate insights that support data driven decision making.
- Translates analytical findings into clear recommendations that guide business strategies and operational decisions.
Technical Development (Automation & Data Tools)
- Proficient in VBA, SQL, and programming languages used for process optimization and data management.
- Develops and maintains automation tools, dashboards, and data processing scripts to streamline workflows and enhance reporting accuracy.
Other Qualifications:
- Proven experience in reporting, data analysis, or business process improvement.
- Experience in project management, preferably with automation projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools
