Position Title: CBS - AFC Quality Control Officer


Job Summary:  

  • The position aims to provide support to the AFC Systems and Quality Control Officer (Team Leader) in the Quality Control processes of the Authorizations, Fraud and Chargeback Department

  •  He/ she is also responsible in conducting the QC test procedures, escalating noted findings and monitoring of the appropriate resolutions

  •  He/ she is also expected to collaborate with all the units of AFC in relation to the training needs and development of AFC personnel


Role Exposure:  

  • Familiarization with the Authorization, Fraud and Chargeback (AFC) processes

  • Enhance your strategic thinking through identifying areas for improvements within the department

  • Learn to create quality training modules specific to needs of AFC



  • Bachelor’s degree holder

  • With at least 2 years of working experience related to Credit Card Business (advantageous if familiar with any processes of Authorization, Fraud  or Chargeback)

  • Excellent Communication Skills and with experience in Training

  • Experience in managing and dealing various stakeholders / teams and can multi-task
