Position Title: Retail Experience Officer

 

Role Exposure:

Job Summary:

 Contributes to the implementation of marketing strategies for the assigned Business Unit while serving as a Culture Champion, helping reinforce the Bank's values, customer-centric culture, and brand promise through impactful marketing initiatives and stakeholder partnerships. 

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serves as a Culture Champion by promoting and embedding the Bank's core values, customer-centric mindset, and collaborative culture across marketing initiatives, campaigns, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Advocates for a high-performance and inclusive work environment by fostering teamwork, accountability, innovation, and employee engagement within cross-functional project teams.
  • Ensures that marketing campaigns, communications, and brand initiatives consistently reflect and reinforce the Bank's culture, purpose, and values.
  • Supports organizational culture-building and change management initiatives by actively participating in and promoting employee engagement programs and corporate activities. 


Qualifications:

  • Possess a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the financial industry
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills for successful client relations
  • Demonstrated expertise in conceptualizing marketing strategies and a proven track record of effectively executing these strategies in alignment with the department's budget, timeline, and expectations
  • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in leveraging marketing tools and technologies to enhance event outcome
  • A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, ensuring that project leave a lasting impression
  • Experience in post-project analysis and reporting to measure the impact and improve future strategies
  • Strong advocate of customer-centric culture and service excellence
  • Ability to influence and drive organizational culture across business units
