Job Title: Systems Officer (Credit Cards - Authorizations, Fraud, and Chargeback)
Job Description:
The position is responsible in assisting the AFC Systems and Quality Control Head and assigned BT Project Manager in ensuring that projects specific to or involving AFC are well managed, requirements are well scoped, testing are efficiently performed and that implementations are seamless with regards to the business operations of AFC.
The jobholder is also responsible in ensuring that incidents related to the AFC systems are escalated in a timely manner, documented and resolved accordingly. The position assists the AFC Systems and Quality Control Head in constant coordination with the AFC business units in identifying processes and risks involving any projects impacting the department.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business course in college
- 2 years working experience in Authorizations, Fraud or Chargeback
- In-depth knowledge of Authorizations, Fraud, and Chargeback Systems
- Willing to work overtime on weekdays, weekends, and/or holidays (as needed for the project deliverables)
