Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Officer will be responsible for mobilizing sourcing, recruiting and talent management strategies/ initiatives per Business Unit. Accountable for facilitating selection and hiring of top talents to continuously build a highly capable organization. Provides primary assistance to Business Units for both external and internal vacancy requisitions. The role will handle the following facets of recruitment:
- Sourcing and Channel Management
- End-to-End Account Management
- Applicant Processing (Sourcing to Job Offer)
Job Requirements:
- More than 7 years experience handling recruitment or sourcing functions in a Bank, Financial Services, Consumer Goods, or Technology companies
- Creative and has experience rolling out programs to increase applicant pool (e.g. Employee Referrals, Campus Recruitment)
- With experience in volume recruiting or corporate recruitment
- Ability to multi-task and comfortable managing senior stakeholders
- Experience using an ATS is an advantage (SAP Success Factors, Workday, etc.)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to connect and expand network to ensure deep bench of talents will be readily available
- Well-versed handling recruitment platforms like Linkedin and Jobstreet
- Self-starter and game changer
