Position Title: Talent Development Officer

Job Summary:

 

Responsible for the development and design of BBS training materials, training evaluation of BBS programs, coordination with partner units’ on training requirements and provides support in maintaining employee engagement via Workplace.

 

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Design training materials such as but not limited to presentation, manuals, process guides, job aids, templates, infoscripts and other required forms that would aid in information dissemination as well as development of competencies for career progression
  • Ensure completeness of the logistical requirement for BBS initiated and partner units’ assemblies, forum and field work trainings.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination of BBS initiated programs to participants/region/area office/s
  • Administer BBS PMD email, BBS Space and Workplace management
  • Be in charge of measuring training evaluation of each program
  • Administer survey management in support to various BBS developmental programs.
  • Serve as reserve trainers and facilitators for BBS training.
