Position Title: Workplace Efficiency and Productivity Officer
Job Summary:
- Works under the supervision of the WEPD Head and is primary responsible for analyzing and execution of action plans and improvements related to branch process reviews, analysis, interpreting data structures, calibration of branch operating capacity, creation of visual presentations and dashboards.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist the Department Head in the regular reviews, organization of data, analysis, interpretation, feedback, and calibration of branch operating capacity to maintain its optimal level.

- Collect, organize, interpret, and establish meaningful results from structured and unstructured data taken from different sources.
- Utilize available data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Visualize, develop, and execute standard or customized reports.
- Establishes heat maps, baselines, and control limits based on the applicability of the results of data gathering and analysis
- Contribute technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of data that is processed and presented to other business units, stakeholders, and leaders.
- Ensures source data, working files, reports, and dashboards are updated and submitted on a time.
- Reviews/provides comments on policy/procedures draft affecting branch processes on proposals from Branch Banking/other Business Units affecting branch processes and ensure that these are easy to operationalize and address common issues and concerns of branches.
- Responds to process audits and works with relevant units to address painpoints surfaced affecting branch efficiency and productivity.
- Provides account search for Garnished accounts.
- Acts as centralized repository of vault combinations in case of non-availability in the branches.
- Production and dissemination of advisories, notices, infoscripts and other special broadcast
- Administers Branch Banking Operations and BBO-Action Center email
- Handles expense management for the Department
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time-to-time.
