Account Coordinator - Bacolod
Position Title: Account Coordinator
Job Summary: This position is responsible for managing loan applications from receipt of pre-approval documents until booking and ensuring compliance to regulatory and credit policies of the Bank.
Role Exposure:
- Assists account officer/s in processing loan applications from acceptance of loan terms up to booking.
- Pre-screens loan and collateral documents as to completeness and sufficiency.
- Ensures timely issuance of Notice of Approval, Purchase Order, and Authority to Deliver.
- Liaises with internal and external clients for the submission of documents or perform any process necessary for loan booking.
- Coordinates with third party service providers for insurance-related and collateral registration matters.
- Handles pre-booking related inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Tracks and monitors document deficiencies. Follow up submission as deemed necessary.
- Recommends policy, process, and system improvement of the Department/Division.
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree graduate of any course
- Preferably with 6mos to 1yr of experience but freshers are also welcome to apply
