Position Title: Analytics Officer

 

Job Summary:

The Analytics Officer, under Human Resources Managements Group’s HR Strategic Support Division, develops strategies and designs solutions for the accurate mining, collection, processing, modeling and analysis of significant data to support the implementation of the Bank’s HR agenda and business goals.

The Officer is responsible for gathering, analyzing and distributing information and feedback on emerging HR trends in order to present and deliver pertinent information to stakeholders. This is achieved through the use of different available channels in order to produce comprehensive reports and presentations that are relevant to the business.

The Officer also applies functional practices on data analysis and visualization to ensure the accurate and innovative presentation of information. With this, he/she is tasked to review and recommend new analysis and input schemes that fit the requirements of the agile HR business.

The Analytics Officer reports directly to the Head of HR Strategic Support Division and works collaboratively with the Head of HRMG and other HR leaders in driving the optimal utilization of data analytics to actualize HRMG’s goals.

 

Key Accountabilities:

Collaborate with partners and leaders in the business to come up with sound data analysis to support HR’s agenda and business goals;
Work hand-in-hand with the HRMG Head and HRSSD Head to carve out data and craft presentations for Bank-level committees and other senior stakeholders;
Provide support for technical and data analysis requirements of other HR partners in order to carry out their specific programs and functions; and,
Ensure operational excellence in delivering HR solutions to the business
 
Job Requirements:
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office: must be technologically savvy and exhibiting know-how on analysis, interpretation and presentation of numerical and visual data;
Excellent written and oral communication skills with a high sense of order and attention to detail;
High Intellectual capacity: must be able to infer from raw data and information which will enable sound decision-making and strategy formulation; and,
Solid interpersonal skills: Able to present and draw from effective communication with stakeholders

Acquire new perspectives through the experience of collecting, designing and presenting business information on the People and Organizational agenda; and,
Learn and lead in the analysis and delivery of data that is critical and vital to the implementation of HR functions
