Position Title: Collections Associate (Home)
Job Summary
- Performs collection activities and skip tracing functions for defaulting borrowers for secured loans (Home Loan and Car Loan accounts).
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Performs collection call-outs for defaulting clients in the front-end to mid-range buckets
- Performs skip tracing activities (via telephone) to establish updated client contact information
- Handles the transmission of SMS, viber and email follow-ups
- Facilitates the debiting of partial payments from client's settlement account
- Documents collection activities in collection monitoring system
- Attends to collection-related inquiries submitted from other Bank units
- Performs other ad-hoc functions as may be required from time to time
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree holder; preferably graduate of a business course
- Experience in banking or credit card collections is an advantage
- Good oral and written communication
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Willing to work overtime (including weekends/holidays)
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
- Willing to work onsite 100%
