Position Title: Communication Strategy & Integration Manager
Job Summary:
The Communications Strategy and Integration Manager is responsible for end-to-end campaign management & integration via creating, executing and monitoring performance of IMCs for business units that will be assigned to him/her.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Campaign Integration
- Orchestrate end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns through various platforms such as digital, traditional, events/activations and other emerging platforms.
- Ensures seamless and timely execution of all collaterals / elements / campaign output. These include (but not limited to): creative collaterals on digital and non-digital media, media / advertising channels, landing pages / owned channels, social media, PR play etc.
- Provides direction for content and creative development in support of marketing and product requirements.
- Ensure cohesiveness and consistency in language and branding across the Digital Products.
- Ensures tracking and fulfillment of communication metrics – awareness / creative performance metrics, acquisition digital sales metrics in close coordination with Media team.
- Tracking and processing of accruals for CEs/Invoices of assigned projects CE / billing
Communication Planning
- Work with program managers / product managers to align business objectives and translate into a marketing communication plan
- Helps develop and initiate strategies such as but not limited to communication plans, go-to-market frameworks, content themes, creative strategies that are rooted on consumer insights
- Performs research and investigation to prepare competitive of all credit and prepaid cards on a monthly basis
- Conducts regular checks of newspapers, competitors’ websites and collaterals (e.g. SOA inserts, SOA newsbriefs, newsletters) and updates the competitive monitoring board as necessary
Stakeholder Management
- Responsible in leading and collaborating with key stakeholders/internal clients throughout the whole campaign development process
- Manage agencies (digital/events) and creative team to build campaigns & develop communication materials
- Coordinates / secures approvals with internal clients / institutional branding teams
Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree from a college/university, preferably a graduate of communications / marketing or business course.
- Experience in creatives, media agency, or other fast-paced industries such as telco/FMCG/ECOMM is a plus
- Marketing Comms or In-house agency experience in banking a plus
- At least 3-5 years of experience working in brand / marcomm or product marketing, advertising agencies, and/or media (digital + non-digital) agency
- Able to translate & execute marketing business objectives to marketing communications plans
- Able to convey ideas / plans through strong, convincing presentations or conversations across leaders and key stakeholders
- Has strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Process oriented especially in communications development – from briefing, approvals, implementation, post review; Open and able to create & improve processes as needed.
- Well rounded in all aspects of marketing communications – digital, traditional, events & activation
- Has knowledge & understanding of media planning & execution
- Strong organizational and consolidation skills for administrative items and data across different business units / media channels etc.
- Able to work independently with little supervision and demonstrates ownership of campaigns to provide correct recommendations and insights
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative problem solving and ideation skills.
- People person – works well with teams, and when needed is able to host / present to big groups.
