Position Title: CS Campaign Team Leader

 

Role Opportunities: 

  • Ensure that the Customer Service is providing a quality service and after service to Cardholders
  • Learn to plan appropriate strategies to drive and sustain improvement and achieve established performance metrics
  • Expand your network through coordination with different teams on process improvement, complaints handing and quality teams

 

Job Summary:

 

  • Manage the overall performance of the team and ensure maintenance of established service levels and adherence to procedures
  • Continuously update knowledge of card products and features, system functionality, call flow procedures, and excellent customer service practices
  • Ensure all incoming calls/chats/emails/list from other units for callouts are attended to immediately within set standards by monitoring the unit’s performance

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a college/university. Some units in MBA or a masteral degree program is an advantage
  • At least 1-year experience in a supervisory or coaching role in customer service in a credit card company or related industry
  • Strong operational knowledge of all Customer Service systems
  • Has a broad understanding of the different segments of the credit card business and the capacity to relate unit’s operations and performance metrics to the overall business of the company
  • Proficient with various software applications including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
