Position Title: CBS- Head, Analytics Solutions and Enablement

 

 

 

Job Summary:

  • The key responsibility is to drive the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions that enhance business performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency of the Consumer Business Sector of the bank. The position will provide strategic insights, build up to date analytical capabilities, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead efforts to explore and adopt new analytics tools, technologies and methodologies ensuring the solutions are scalable, and add value to the organization
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of analytics solutions to address business challenges and ensure the implementation of best practices in data analytics, data governance, and data management.
  • Spearhead the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics models, including predictive and prescriptive analytics.
  • Work continuously on exploring new data sources and fresh concepts/ideas to drive business growth and operational excellence.
  • The position will provide data-driven strategic insights, opportunities and thought leadership to partners in order to achieve or surpass company’s objectives.

 

 

 

 

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business units to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and enhance dashboards and reports to monitor and optimize performance.
  • Lead efforts in reducing operational costs through process automation and optimization using analytics.
  • Provide recommendations on efficiency improvements in business
  • processes driven by data insights.
  • Evaluate, select, and implement advanced analytics tools and platforms to support the sector's analytics initiatives.
  • Develop methods to quantify the impact of analytics initiatives on business performance and monitor and report on the return on investment (ROI) of analytics projects.
  • Stay up to date on emerging technologies and trends in data analytics and artificial intelligence and share relevant use cases to the rest of the analytics teams of the sector, to ensure the bank remains competitive.
  • Present complex analytical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders, including senior management and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful analytics project implementation.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of analytics processes and methodologies · Leads and coaches a team of analysts and facilitates prioritization of day-to-day responsibilities of his/her team 

 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of any business, statistical or mathematical course.
  • Has at least 8 years of analytical and financial services experience. Credit card industry experience is preferred.
  • With Supervisory Experience
  • Strong ability to build partnerships with cross-functional teams in order to drive optimal business solutions through collaboration.
  • Demonstrates ability to plan and can handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining standards of quality.
  • Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills
  • Strong working knowledge of the following programming and database facility software: SAS, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Possesses project management skills to focus on multiple key priorities and drive impactful business solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to proactively address business questions with innovative data driven solutions.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities: ability to process, analyze and interpret statistical data and recommend actions based on the available information
