CBS - SALES TRAINING SPECIALIST

JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Training & Development and Governance Section Head, the jobholder will be responsible for contributing to and delivering the following strategies across the business
 Conduct Telesales basic training/ new hire sessions and evaluate selling ability of Telesales through oral revalida sessions

 

 

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

Training
 Conduct training support to Telesales BPO Agents through basic training/new hire sessions and evaluate selling ability through oral revalida sessions;
 Work closely with Sales Training Officer in creating new module and crafting/ suggesting / implementing improvement in the existing Telesales modules;
 Coordinate and partner with BPO trainors in identifying training needs and fulfillment of training plans of accredited telesales agents
 Update Telesales training database and calendar
Quality, Admin and other Tasks:
 Provide call quality assessment each month to identify strengths and weaknesses of Telesales agents;
 Assists in execution of other training or administrative tasks deemed necessary or as required by immediate supervisor;
 Perform projects/tasks that may be assigned from time to time (eg. BORC, BCP, Cost Champion, Corp. Correspondents, Line Trainer, e-Champ etc)
