Position Title: CRM Officer

 

 

Job Summary: 

The CRM Officer is in charge of the purchase and deployment of the first marketing cloud (CRM) tool of the bank. The officer leads the strategy and execution for one-to-one communication with the customer, to increase engagement and conversion at optimized cost. To effectively do this, one must manage the marketing campaign calendar in alignment with Brand Building and Digital team.

 

Role Exposure:  

  • Gain skills on detail orientation and digital marketing
  • Increase your knowledge on customer and product lifecycle management
  • Be part of a dynamic team and collaborate to further meet the Bank's marketing needs

 

Qualifications: 

  • With at least 3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management
  • Passionate about data-driven marketing work, using data to create and implement deliberate targeted marketing actions
  • Effective communicator and team player; can work across different groups to manage different priorities
