Position Title: CBS Customer Service Representative – Personal Loans

 

Job Summary:

  • The position is responsible for answering Inbound calls and performing Outbound calls for Personal Loan concerns. Jobholder is expected to perform telephone assistance efforts following the policies and procedures set within Metrobank.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a College/University
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in various software applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Target-driven and Customer-oriented
  • Willing to extend hours, on shifting schedule (24/7 operations), weekends and holidays
  • Fresh graduates and young professionals are welcome to apply
