Position Title:  HR Business Partner (ESS)

 

Job Summary:

Engages with Business Unit Heads as their partner in delivering People and Organizational agenda to ensure that they are able to efficiently deliver Business Goals and Priorities, being fully aligned with the Institution’s overall HR Strategy, particularly on the recruitment and acquisition of talents specific to Information Technology Group.

 

Role Exposure:

  • Support temporary manpower requirements through negotiations with IT manpower agency providers

  • Give strategic support and perspective to Talent Acquisition’s employer branding and recruitment plans

  • Get to collaborate with ESS leaders to deliver People and Organizational agenda to ensure the achievement of Business Goals and Priorities

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resource, or equivalent
  • At least 8 years’ experience in end-to-end technical recruitment
  • Minimum of 4 years of managerial experience
  • Has led sourcing and recruiting strategies for volume or corporate technical hiring
  • Has experience partnering with IT manpower agency providers
