Position Title: Innovations Officer
Job Summary:
Provides logistics support and improves processes for the Sector. Acts as a central point of contact for the Sector’s projects and support activities. Responsible for enhancing operational efficiency by streamlining internal processes and managing logistical activities. This role supports the sector’s mission by ensuring workflows, document handling, vendor coordination, and asset management are optimized, compliant and aligned with bank requirements. The officer will work closely with various business units to implement process improvements and efficient logistics practices that support Treasury and Sales.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Process Management:
• Documentation and visualizing processes to analyze current sector’s workflows and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Develop, implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) that ensure consistency through alignment and standardization process
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and internal stakeholders (e.g., operations, IT) to design, integrate and rollout process enhancements and technological solutions
• Establishing rules, policies, and standards to ensure processes are managed consistently.
• Project coordination (i.e., Business requirements, Proof of concept, Statement of work, Secure project and budget approval).
• Adhoc- Coordinates with the various units of the Sector in organizing and gathering article contributions to the regular HNWI newsletter
Logistics Management:
•Point of contact (POC) for the external systems of the Sector in terms of upgrades, enhancements and functionalities.
• Address and resolve logistical challenges, ensuring minimal disruptions to operations
• User access management of third-party applications and periodic access review of FMS systems.
• Retrieval/playback of recordings of voice recording systems.
• Provides input on Sector's administrative requirements and capital expenditures (i.e., Renovations, Vendor billing review, Vendor relations).
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely processing of treasury related materials; Monitors vendor contracts and ensure compliance with service level agreement
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to minimize costs while ensuring efficiency
