INVESTMENT SPECIALIST - SOUTH LUZON B
Position Title: Investment Specialist – Laguna
Job Summary:
Responsible for the growth of investment assets, sales volumes and profitability of high net worth and other investing clients handled. Services customer’s day-to-day investment requirements such as, but not limited to time deposits, foreign exchange, fixed income, structured products and other alternative investment products, including hedges on cashflows.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
- Implements business strategies to increase client base, improve customer service and relations, enhance client retention and loyalty, and derive additional business from existing accounts.
- Supports Relationship Managers of various sectors in deepening customer relationships by providing investment solutions through products and services.
- Profiles clients as to product suitability and assists the Branch and Relationship Managers in conducting profiling activities.
- Conducts marketing calls and comprehensive product briefings and market updates to prospective and existing clients.
- Executes the investment solutions confirmed by clients with the Bank as its counterparty and depending on the authority it provided.
- Continually assesses and provides feedback to the Desk/Department Head regarding financial markets performance, competitiveness, relevance and overall profitability viability of investment products and services.
- Complies with policies and regulations affecting the market where he/she trades and conducts work activities with an awareness of the risks and prescribed controls.
- Monitors the submission of required documents by clients/branches and ensures accuracy and prompt delivery of investment documents and reports to internal clients.
- Updates and keeps pertinent records of the Desk
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
