Position Title: Innovations Officer

Job Summary:

Provides logistics support for the Financial Markets Sector (FMS). Acts as a central point of contact for the Sector’s projects and support activities.

 

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates with the different units in the Bank for the purpose of implementation and completion of various activities and projects of the Sector.
  • Point of contact (POC) for the external systems of the Sector in terms of upgrades, enhancements and functionalities.
  • Logistical support.
  • User access management of third-party applications and periodic access review of FMS systems.
  • Retrieval/playback of recordings of voice recording systems.
  • Project coordination (i.e., Business requirements, Proof of concept, Statement of work, Secure project and budget approval).
  • Provides input on Sector's administrative requirements and capital expenditures (i.e., Renovations, Vendor billing review, Vendor relations).
  • Review of ISDA, GMRA and other Treasury-related agreements (legal documents).
  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
