Position Title: Interaction Designer


Job Summary: 

The Designer’s role is to turn the User Experience vision into tangible, navigable reality.  The Designer uses customer-driven insights and iterative methodologies to design and create usable, relevant and elegant user flows, interfaces and content, along with establishing an interface design system and content architecture organizing the best practices across the division’s digital banking products.  


 Role Exposure: 

  • Build your professional experience on interaction and visual design, content strategy and copywriting
  • Lead design functions by guiding the work of fellow designers on shared projects to better meet user and business needs
  • Be part of a diverse group that promotes personal leadership while maintaining an environment of work-life happiness and camaraderie 



  • With professional experience on prototyping and wireframing
  • With experience on working with a multi-discipline team from Tech, Design and Product Management
  • Preferably with experience in conducting design workshops or trainings on user-centered and iterative design
