MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (FAST 1)

Position Title: FAST (Financial Markets Apprenticeship Strategic Training) Management Trainee

Role Exposure:

As a Management Trainee for Financial Markets, you will:

• Develop an in‑depth understanding of Financial Markets within the strongest bank in the Philippines
• Hone your leadership capabilities and build a competitive profile for a rewarding career as a Bank Officer
• Experience an extensive career progression and learn directly from seasoned bankers in the industry

Job Summary:

This is a 6‑month accelerated management trainee program designed to prepare high‑potential talent for critical roles within the Financial Markets Sector.

The program combines:

• Structured classroom training
• On‑the‑job rotations
• A comprehensive business revalida

Successful trainees will be deployed to their designated landing roles upon completion.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

• Solid foundational understanding of financial markets, including foreign exchange, fixed income, economics, and investment products
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and present clear insights
• Sales experience is an advantage, particularly in client‑facing roles or financial product distribution
• Strong motivation to build a long‑term career in Financial Markets, particularly in:
  • Treasury Trading
  • Investment Sales
  • Market Research
  • Product Structuring
• Mandarin language proficiency is an advantage, especially for roles involving regional or offshore institutional clients
• Demonstrates learning agility, discipline, and resilience in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment
