Position Title: Organization Development Officer
Job Summary:
Act as Project Manager in delivering OD activities in the areas of culture management and leadership development. Deliver excellent employee experience as a Process Architect – design, review, streamline, standardize and improve HR processes. Partner with the Data Analytics team to establish and manage HR KPIs and develop appropriate interventions to improve HR Performance.
Role Exposure:
- Get to lead transformational projects bankwide
- Collaborate with various units and senior management
- Advance your skills in organizational design and data analytics
Qualifications:
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent
- 10 to 15 yrs of HR experience focusing on driving change management activities across the organization
- Has led HR/business projects focused on process design and improvement
- Knowledgeable in data visualization and storytelling (power BI and excel). Comfortable with working on Big Data
- Has strong stakeholder management & communication skills
