Position Title: Performance Management Officer

 

Job Summary:

  • Provides technical, operational, and administrative support for the Groups under Institutional Banking Sector’s planning, directing, and implementing of marketing strategies to attain profitability and volume targets.
  • Formulates and implements programs for the information and database infrastructure for efficient and effective operations of the Groups under Institutional Banking Sector

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Designs and develops the Management Information System (MIS) to better track and manage performance of different units within the Institutional Banking Sector
  • Coordinates budget planning to establish and set budget targets for the Groups / Divisions / Relationship Managers for the entire year
  • Monitors and analyzes the performance of Senior Officers, Junior Officers, and Rank & File employees of the Institutional Banking Sector against key result areas (KRA)
  • Provides technical and administrative support for various Groups under Institutional Banking Sector
  • Performs other related functions and leads special projects that may be assigned from time to time.

 

Qualifications:

  • With experience in financial planning, analytics, MIS, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Preferably with experience in the banking industry
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
