Position Title: Learning Portfolio Manager


Job Summary:

Be the thought leader for the specific learning area, developing content frameworks that learning business partners and HRBPs can use to engage their respective accounts and influence the design of the learning solutions that are being created to ensure learning is maximized. Build and maintain a learning catalog for their specific learning area, by collating and reviewing existing programs and creating new programs, as necessary. Act as facilitators for the knowledge areas you are responsible for to ensure that the bank-specific knowledge is organized and remains high quality, relevant, and future oriented.


Role Exposure:

  • Develop a Metrobank-specific learning portfolio that addresses the relevant target audience across the bank
  • Use leading edge design & development principles to transform content into scalable learning solutions
  • Get involved in culture and transformation building programs



  • 5-10 years HR experience in the areas of learning and talent development
  • Preferably with Project Management and Competence Management experiences
  • With experience in the development of programs across the following areas: Leadership, Compliance, Onboarding, Banking Competences, Functional Expertise
  • Experience in end-to-end learning delivery (ADDIE learning methodology)
  • Strength in stakeholder management
  • Experience in non-traditional learning solutions (ie. Driving digital learning transformations)
