Position Title: Program Lead

 

Job Summary:

The Program Lead designs training curriculum/courses and develops training materials aligned to the Bank’s direction. Conducts assigned programs to address gaps in knowledge, skills, and attitudes. Leads the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of training programs geared towards organizational effectiveness and business efficiencies of the Bank Implements training delivery modes, assessment and evaluation tools that are business-focused, time efficient, and cost effective

 

Role Exposure:

  • Build organizational capability as learning advisors to the assigned business units
  • Be part of the research and development of learning solutions
  • Get involved in culture and transformation building programs

 

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years HR experience in the areas of learning and talent development
  • Preferably with Project Management experience
  • Experience in end-to-end learning delivery (ADDIE learning methodology)
  • Strength in stakeholder management
  • Experience in non-traditional learning solutions(ie. Driving digital learning transformations)
