This position is responsible for managing accreditation, loan availment, and maintenance of end-buyer’s financing tie-up, contract-to-sell, corporate and pocket developers and ensuring compliance to regulatory and credit policies of the Bank.
Specific Competencies
Assists relationship managers in the accreditation, establishment, and management of developer tie-ups, corporate lines, and licensed brokers.
Tracks and monitors document deficiencies. Follow up submission as deemed necessary.
Sends out various correspondences / notification to the developers and customers.
Assists in releasing cashier’s checks or credit memos to the developers.
Liaises with internal and external clients for the submission of documents or perform any process necessary for accreditation.
Handles accreditation related inquiries, requests, and concerns.
Maintains and safe keeps a masterlist and the corresponding credit folders of accredited developers and projects.
Recommends policy, process, and system improvement of the Department/Division.
Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
