Position Title: Relationship Manager
 

Job Summary:

A Relationship Manager is expected to originate, develop, review and manage loan portfolio relationships, as well as cross-sell appropriate bank products and services, across target segments, to contribute to the Bank’s objectives in terms of growth, profitability and client satisfaction.

Role Exposure:

• Deepen your understanding of account management, business development, marketing and sales
• Meet clients from various industries and understand a bank’s role in the ins and outs of the clients’ businesses

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in account management
• Strong background in credit evaluation and financial analysis
• With strategic thinking ability and negotiation skills
• Preferably proficient in communicating in Chinese
• Excellent communication (verbal, non-verbal, written and presentation) and active listening skills
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results
