SALES MANAGEMENT OFFICER, SALES SUPPORT DEPARTMENT
Job Summary:
Provides business management support and services to the frontline units of Investment Distribution (ID). Includes nationwide logistics and communication, monitoring of training and development, project management, performance management support, audit, risk and compliance coordination.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Nationwide logistics and communication
- Coordinates with relevant units to provide each ID site with requirements to operate such as, but not, limited to: secure premises with complete furniture/fixtures/equipment, access to systems / tools / libraries / databases, communication tools and connectivity
- Functions as custodian and central repository of all sales tools and libraries, and central database.
- Track fulfillment of guidelines for new joiners, transferees and exiting employees.
- Monitors and tracks completion of ID personnel’s training plan.
- Handles external broadcasts to clients
- Handles internal broadcasts (Group or select units) of matters such as regulation, policy, processes / guidelines, new issues / products / variants, business changes, and other announcements.
Data Analytics and Performance Management support
- Prepares budgets and KRAs for the Group according to strategies and financials committed by business heads.
- Prepares periodic reports on financial and non-financial data to assist business heads in tracking and managing team performance.
- Generates ad hoc reports that are best sourced centrally to support the ID Heads in executing plans.
- Generates data to support the ID Heads in the conduct of marketing campaigns, leads generation and referral programs with partner Units.
- Provides internal and external data as required in strategic and tactical planning by the ID Heads.
Customer Experience Initiatives Management
- Acts as resource for projects and initiatives to improve customer experience, sales efficiency, controls and other business improvements.
- Works with Electronic Channels Management Unit in achieving enrollment and utilization targets for e-Channels
- Initiates active project-related communication within the Group by providing project updates, soliciting feedback and coordination of action
Others
- Recommends process improvements related to various areas in the Group
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
