SALES SUPPORT OFFICER, PRIVATE WEALTH SUPPORT DEPARTMENT

Job Summary:

 

Provides support in transaction monitoring, inter-unit coordination and generation of reports.

 

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Assists the Department Head in ensuring the delivery of products and services to HNWI clients
  • Ensures coordination with products providers and other units such as branches, operations, credit in the delivery and fulfillment of the transactions of the HNWI clients
  • Liaises with different HO units concerning various day-to-day administrative and operational requirements of PBD
  • Generates regular financial reports
  • Aids the Department Head in budget planning and performance monitoring
  • Acts as the unit’s representative on bank projects related to PBD and its operations
  • Assists the Department Head in conducting user acceptance test for new IT initiatives and monitoring of projects roll-out status
  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time

 

Qualifications:

 

  • BS Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, Economics or related field
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
  • Required Skills: Reporting, Administrative Writing, Organization, Problem Solving, Communication
  • With relevant work experience in reports management and data analysis
  • Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
