Position Title: Structurer
Job Summary:
- Analyze, structure, and create innovative financial products/solutions for both individual and institutional clients within the Financial Markets Sector.
- Act as the product manager for identified structured products, providing analytics for customer hedging, investment, and financing decisions, and supporting the creation of appropriate products and solutions.
- Ensure full internal and regulatory compliance of structured financial solutions, including related documentation.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Salespersons, and Traders to identify hedging and investment opportunities for clients.
- Drive product development from inception to launch, coordinating with various units to ensure timely and successful product rollouts.

Qualifications:
- Preferably an Assistant Manager or more senior.
- Proven experience in product development, from inception to launch, is highly advantageous.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and drive multiple units towards a common goal.
- Coding/programming skills are an advantage.
- Highly analytical and comfortable with financial mathematics.
- Effective communicator, capable of conveying ideas between traders, salespeople, and clients.
