Securities Brokering Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Sources best bid and offer prices for securities requirements of brokerage customers of Markets Sales Group (MSG)
- Monitors and executes purchase and sale orders of securities for the Sales Team
- Manages securities inventory within established limits
- Communicates updated prices through various communication channels such as Eikon Messenger, MS Outlook, Wealth Manager, Workplace, etc.
- Assists Product Managers in providing daily market color and information on traded securities, and disseminating trade opportunities and significant market developments to MSG and other frontliners
- Ensures timely trade reconciliation with counterparties and accurate deal capture in OPICS
- Maintains documentation of best execution practice
- Ensures compliance with internal policies and regulations and that activities are conducted with an awareness of risks and prescribed controls
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
- Knowledgeable in Foreign and Local Fixed Income Markets
- Understands the Investment and Wealth Management Business
- Has effective time management and can work in a fast-paced environment
- Licensed SEC Fixed Income Salesman
