Position Title: Strategic Support & Administration Officer 

 

Job Summary:

Administers GSG’s application systems, recommends business process improvements for purposes of cost-reduction and service efficiency.  Proposes monitoring tools and standards in the processing of transactions, and works closely with multifunctional teams to implement process improvement initiatives of the Group.

 

Role Exposure:

  • Work with multi-functional teams within GSG and implement process improvements
  • Improve workflows within the application systems for improved productivity, efficiency, and cost savings
  • Enhance your reporting, problem solving, and analytical skills

 

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with project management, data collection and analytics, MIS reports generation, data  quality assurance, and IT business case development experience
  • With advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
  • Analytical and with strong attention to detail
  • Good communication, organizational, and administrative skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks
