Position Title: Technology Officer
 
Job Summary:
 
Responsible for ensuring successful execution of the Department’s activities related to: Delivery, Maintenance, and Compliance of Trust Systems and other duties.
 
Duties & Responsibilities: 

 

Ensure delivery, proper maintenance, and compliance of all  existing Trust Systems by overseeing and providing

  • Deliver Thorough and Clear Stakeholder Communication and Management, including Knowledge and Mastery
  • Ensure Comprehensive Risk Management, Compliance, and Timely Escalation, including investigating, fact finding, analysing
  • Ensure Quality of Output through Original Business Requirements and Objectives Completion
  • Conduct Thorough Project Delivery Process and Documentation Organization

 

Ensure Development and/ or Delivery new Trust Systems by overseeing and providing advisory during Planning, Development, and Implementation.

 

  • Deliver Thorough and Clear Stakeholder Communication and Management, including Knowledge and Mastery
  • Ensure Comprehensive Risk Management, Compliance, and Timely Escalation, including investigating, fact finding, analysing
  • Ensure Quality of Output through Original Business Requirements and Objectives Completion

Provide Technology Support and Ensure Business Continuity

 

  • System Parameter Set-Up
  • Periodic Access Review for IT Systems
  • IT Support and Coordination with ITG and Infosec Units
  • TFES Extension

 

Other Technology Management Related  Activities

 

  • Thoroughly perform and complete IT Risk Assessment
  • Deliver SMD-Technology Management Manual of Policies and Procedures
  • Ensure BCP of systems and other IT-related activities

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in stakeholder communication and project documentation.
  • Skilled in business requirements gathering, analysis, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Experience in planning, development, and implementation of new systems with a focus on quality and efficiency. Experience in Trust Systems is an advantage.
  • Proficient in IT system support, including parameter setup, access reviews and coordination with ITG and Infosec units.
  • Knowledgeable in IT risk assessment, business continuity planning (BCP) and policy documentation.
  • Ability to manage and deliver technology-related activities aligned with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
