CBS - COLLECTIONS QUALITY CONTROL OFFICER 1

Job Summary:

 

The position is responsible for the implementation and supervision of the different quality control review activities that may be required by Collections.  His/Her primary function is to ensure that processes are performed in adherence to department quality standards, that all quality control review activities are done within the standard turnaround time (TAT), and that the findings are reported to the appropriate parties and resolved promptly.

 

Qualifications:

  • Has at least 2 years of Collections experience from a financial institution particularly in a credit card company as an officer/manager.
  • Preferably with 2 years experience in Quality or in Audit position.
  • Has exposure in conducting UAT’s and quality checking.
  • With experience creating quality framework and implementing audit procedures.
