Position Title: Customer Information Analyst
Job Summary:
The Customer Information Analyst provides assistance to the Head of Customer Information Management Department (CIMD) and Customer Information Officer, acts as first-line support in ensuring the integrity of the Bank’s customer information databases. Provide actionable insights and risk alerts by analyzing data trends and supporting the enhancement of data quality and compliance monitoring systems.
Role Exposure:
- Data Integrity and Consistency: Ensure customer record integrity and consistency
- Operational Efficiency: Maintain operational efficiency and early identification of unusual patterns on customer data that deviate from established norms.
- Reliable Customer Database: Minimize the number of duplicate customer records within the system to improve data accuracy
- Customer Data Review and Validation: Analyze and review data entered into the Bank’s systems related to customer information to ensure consistency and reliability of customer information.
- Reporting & Visualization: Maintain workflow continuity and generation of various reports to summarize findings and track progress.
- Operational Support: Provide support regarding customer information related concerns and assistance in implementing data quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Knowledge of data quality tools and CRM systems.
Basic understanding of banking regulations (e.g., AML, KYC).
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High level of personal and professional integrity.
Banking systems knowledge is an advantage.
