Position Title: Cash Services Support Specialist
Job Summary:
The Cash Services Support Specialist (CSSS) provides both administrative and data analytics support to our cash operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring the creation and submission of reports, monitoring deposit pickup serviceability requests, and analysing data to improve operational performance of the cash units. This is a great opportunity for someone possessing strong organizational and analytical skills.
Role Exposure:
- Earmarks Peso and Foreign currency cash assistance to other banks based on approved credit line facility
- Ensures completeness of submission and consolidates cost allocation database from SABs and CMSUs
- Consolidates the daily and monthly reports from CMSUs
- Scopes and confirms the serviceability of DPU for new clients who intend to avail DPU services or existing clients who wish to add new DPU site, revise frequency, etc.
- Monitors the 60-day validity of the DPU sites confirmed serviceable by CMSUs/SABs
- Receives sealed trip tickets and Service Summary Reports from CMSUs and SABs and forwards the same to the armored car service providers
- Validates the correctness of ACU Trip Tickets attached to the Statement of Account (SOA) against Service Summary Report on file
- Assists on DPU, ATM and armored car issues and ensures that all concerns are settled the soonest time possible
- Collect, organize and clean data from various data sources
- Maintain existing databases by feeding organized and clean data
- Prepare reports and presentations that summarize data and draw conclusions to support business discussions
- Collaborate with various business units and stakeholders across various functions
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail and ownership of tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills and clear verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate to advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Visual Basic Application
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office
- Flexible and willing to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs
