Job Summary:

The role performs collection activities for over limit and front end (1-29 days) past due accounts. The role is also responsible for the achievements of the set targets, meeting the set standards collectively with other team members and compliance with policies and procedures.

Role Exposure:

• Acquire a deeper understanding on the Collections process
• Enhance your confidence as you deliver excellent customer service to our card users.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder; a graduate of any business course
• Experience in banking or credit card business is an advantage
• Experience in dealing with external customers with varying requirements is an advantage
• Comfortable with doing outbound calls
• Proficient in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
