Collections Policies and Risk Mitigation Officer
Job Summary:
- The jobholder will develop and document the division’s policies and procedures, proactively or in response to regulatory or Bank requirements and in collaboration with various business units. Evaluates and recommends improvement to the existing business processes and ensures that all procedures are properly mapped and documented and compliant to the provisions promulgated by other regulatory bodies.
- Analyses collection trends and formulate risk mitigating programs. Performance review will be done based on agreed cadence and recommendations will be presented to the stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree holder; preferably graduate of business course
- At least 3 years of collections or credit risk experience from credit card company, bank or collection agencies
- Experience in writing procedure manual or process memo is a must
- Knowledge on collection system and policies/procedures is an advantage
