Position Title: Collections Quality Control Specialist

 

Job Summary: 

The role is responsible for conducting various quality control tests for the department, and day-2 review activities to ensure that all errors are reported on time for prompt resolution. The role shall assist in performing internal audit activities in the department, including collection agencies, and assist in the implementation of different quality control test procedures.

 

Role Exposure:

  • Be the compass to the efforts of the Collections Department, as you ensure quality standards are consistently met
  • Enhance your problem solving and analytical skills, and collaboration with different business units and collection agencies

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder, preferably a graduate of any business course
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Collections, handling quality assurance assessments and trainings
  • Preferably with experience as a collector
  • Proficient in using the following Microsoft applications: MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
